How you make a purchase
To make a purchase at www.grundled.dk you have to go through these 6 steps. 1. Find the articles you want. Add them to the basket and choose “Checkout”. 2. Accept and change the number of articles, and proceed by pressing “Checkout”. 3. Choose payment method 4. Fill in shipping information, click next 5. Fill in creditcard information, click next 6. View and click ok.
Ordering
At www.grundled.dk you are only able make purchases through our website. All prices include Danish VAT. If you wish to see your purchase history, please contact us at wiwolo@wiwolo.dk
Payment
At www.wiwolo.dk you are able to pay with the following cards. A transaction fee will not be added. The amount will only charged, when the articles are shipping from www.wiwolo.dk. The amount charged will never be greater then the amount you have accepted when making the purchase.

General terms and conditions
If you regret your buy (return policy) You have 14 days to notify you regret your purchase when you shop at www.wiwolo.dk and then a further 14 days to ship the item back to us. Packaging and the state of the articles, when you return them Our return policy can only be used if the articles are delivered back in the same condition and number. If the articles are used in a way that it will affect the sale price, our return policy will be annuled.

Denmark You will receive back the same amount you paid us. If you regret your purchase, will be pay you back the amount you paid us when making the purchase. The amount will be transfered back to the card you paid with or your bank account, if the returned articles lives up to the rules for returned articles (no wear etc.) The only cost you will have is the freight when returning the article.
Complaints
When you’re shopping at www.grundled.dk you have a 24 months privilege for returning the article if any problems arises. This means you are able to have your articles repaired or exchanged. The privilege does only treat problems which are not related to incorrect use of the item of wear and tear.
How quickly should I make a complaint?
As soon as possible. If you make a complaint 2 months after any problems started, you will be fine.
We return any shipping costs
If your complaint is reasonable, we will return your shipping costs.

We need the following information when returning an article Describe in detail what the problems is. Please notice. We do not accept cash on delivery packages. You must pay for freight in advance. Always make sure your packaging is proper and make sure to get a receipt for your shipping cost.
